Emsworth Community Centre,
North St, Emsworth, PO10 7DD

 

Directions by car:

From Portsmouth and the West – take A27 east towards Chichester and take exit marked A259 Emsworth. Follow the signs for Emsworth. After about 1m at the roundabout, turn L into North St. The old Cottage Hospital is on the corner. The new Baptist Church is on the opposite corner. Immediately after the hospital turn L into the Community Centre. The Emsworth Museum is on the R of this entrance and Tesco Express is on the opposite side of the road. There is some parking at the Community Centre (including disabled spaces) but otherwise there is a large carpark behind the Tesco Express. It is free to park after 6pm.

From Chichester and the East – take A259 towards Southbourne and Emsworth. At the Emsworth roundabout turn R into North St.  Follow directions above.

​From the North of Emsworth-  Follow the B2148 into Emsworth. You will see a Tesco Express on your L and the Fire Station and old Post Office on your R. Turn R beyond the Fire Station into the Community Centre. If you reach the roundabout, you have gone too far. Turn back into North Street and turn L after the Cottage Hospital.

Train: There is a station further up North Street with lines to Portsmouth and Chichester. It is 0.2mile and takes 5 minutes to walk down.

 

 

Bus: The 700 Coastliner bus stops just beyond North Street going East and stops either in Emsworth square or just beyond the roundabout going West.

However, there is NO 700 bus eastwards after 8pm. There is a bus westward towards Portsmouth at hourly intervals. Please check bus time table.
